Tirana offers an unique ad-hoc daily experience. Travel to Dajti mountains is a must especially in winter-time. In summer Tirana offers access to various beaches of Albania, try the south part of Albania (Saranda, Himara) there you find the "Virgin Icelands" of Europe for sure.
Weather is always sunny and mediterranean
