They call them "dog burgers" and sell them from carts like hot dog vendors. Highly recommended food eating if you see a dog vendor cart. The burgers actually have a strong garlic/onion mix taste. I ate many of them while there.

First time I ever went to a greyhound racing track, which appears now closed according to the link. Nice city that sits in the St. Croix valley area, right on the other side of the river from the Twin Cities (MN). Lots of great outdoor outside of the city.
