With personal experience I highly recommend to find another place to get some rest.
Here's a quick sum up:
-lousy customer service
-expensive compared to location and quality
-personnel basically only speak swedish
If you're just passing by, continue to the next pit stop.

Mount Etna is covered in ashes, taking a stroll in flip-flops is not a good idea. Take good shoes with you and remember to follow the trails, above the clouds terrain can look confusingly the same.
