The pedestrian street is called Ledra street and starts from Lefteria square just inside the old Venetian walls. When walking to the north end of the street, which is on the occupied northern part of the city, don't miss the big old mosque (which was originally built as a cathedral) and the best restaurant in town, El Sabor, located next to the mosque.
