This is a beautiful lake! Definitely take a canoe out on a nice day - it is worth it.

I went on family vacation when I was younger, so I don't remember a whole lot about the area, but Mount Rushmore was amazing! Interesting note: if you end up going when it's wet out, all the presidents look like they have runny noses, because their noses kept the stone underneath dry, i.e. lighter colored.

This is a pretty good aquarium with some great interactive features. However, try to avoid holiday weekends and BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE!
