Thumbs up to Omar. Really good point. Only actions count. Everyone should remember that.

If these places really are ecological destinations, there is no reason why big travel agencies should promote these more! The only way to keep them ecological, is to keep them expensive and hard to reach!

Never visited any of the places! Ok, now someone who has visited some of those, tell me if they really are ecological! People talk so much about "ecotourism"... But if mass tourism finds its way to a place, can the place really be ecological!?

Quite interesting that none of the places are located in Europe. Have Europeans already destroyed their own nature? In the Northern Europe, Lapland, there are still beautiful fjelds and lakes as they used to be hundreds of years ago.

In my opinion, thinking ecologically doesn’t matter at all! Actions are all that count. Remember also all those little things are important while on the road.

I was thinking about where is the line between ecotourism and "normal" tourism? What is the critical amount of visitors? It is very very very hard to define ecotourism! And it's almost impossible!
