I love to see the available hotels on the map. I move and zoom the map a lot. It's so easy to filter out the hotels that are too far from my preferred location. I also like seeing the hotel prices at a glance on the map markers.

Lots of people grabbing by your arm, so this really is the place to hang on to your boyfriends arm! Then the salesmen wont be so aggressive. As in many places in Egypt, it's good to know how to bargain, this place is no exception. The best restaurants are the ones where you can choose from a pool that which seafood you prefer and how you want it to be done. Recommend :P There are also "restaurants" where you can find shows of local dances. On top of that you get to hear the local music.

Hurghada, Egypt, is built for turists. Hotel areas and beaches are ready, but as I was there, for five years ago, the streets were not ready. A nice place for diving. In the hotel the service was excellent but in the bazar and shops service was disturbing because it was not possible to look at the products in peace. Bring your own books, because you won't find any here. You'll find the same tourist crap as in the town but with double the price.
