Budget unspecified (showing all) Stars unspecified (showing all)I love to see the available hotels on the map. I move and zoom the map a lot. It's so easy to filter out the hotels that are too far from my preferred location. I also like seeing the hotel prices at a glance on the map markers.
This hotel booking tool has saved me both a lot of time and money.
Thanks for a cool new way of booking hotels! On our family trips, we are used to filter the hotels based on our budget. Now we can quickly see the hotels that offer the best deals and that are conveniently located close by the most interesting sights.
The prices on TripSay are always great.
I found a hotel quickly using the advanced filters. Booking the hotel was easy and straight-forward.
I require a wi-fi, non-smoking room and location near the airport or main railway station. Finally it's easy to find a hotel that suits me. I recommend this tool to other travelers as well.
Before you go download the Tallinn In Your Pocket city guide for free from http://tallinn.inyourpocket.com or grab a hard copy when you are there.
A very nice chinese restaraunt (probably the only one in the center of Tallinn) - cheap and tasty. There is a Garlic Restaurant just near the main square! Haven't been there, coz we didn't have enough time, but I'm sure this place is worth visiting))) they even have garlic ice-cream on the menu...=)
I would like to visit Tallinn more but you keep hearing these sad stories that people have been robbed there. It's a real pity :(
Heart of Tallinn, magnificent medieval castle with nineteen of the original 66 defense towers survived.
Marks & Spencer is now in Tallinn, Rocamare shopping center.
Quite nice accommodation in the center of Tallinn.
Loomaaed is Tallinn's zoo, which has one of the Northern Europe's widest selection of animals. You can access Loomaaed by public transportation. If I recall correctly the bus number 5 goes via Loomaaed.
This is something really weird, something Finnish. This is a shop, where you can buy alcohol and cheaper that it is in Finland. But that isn't worth going there...that building really looks like a pig house and staff is smoking next to the main door...it was something totally strange.
A lovely coffee bar. I especially liked the idea of having many different kinds of snacks and foods in addition to coffee. So many cafes have a very limited amount of choices what you can have with your cup of coffee. I liked the variety.
There is also a restaurant on top. The views are fantastic, the place - eh - interesting display of Soviet architecture. The place has interesting history related to 1991 Soviet coup attempt, with bullet holes still as evidence.
Fast growing city - cool architecture, some nice shopping and good food! Try the Pepper Sack in the old city. Huge portions and reasonable prices. You can see a sword fight if you go around dinner time :)
The Pirita monastery was founded in 1407 and destroyed by Russian army in 1575. Today the beautiful park with the convent ruins is administrated by the Bridgettine sisters. There is also a convent museum.
