This is a good destination for a day trip or maybe two nights. The Basilica is definitely worth a visit and the restaurants around the harbour worth a try. However the place is rather touristy and there are a lot of huge hotels outside the town.

No questions about Rovinj exists. If you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask!
