What is Peak District

The Peak District (also called "The Peak") is the name given to a picturesque, upland area of the Midlands of England. There are no precise boundaries, the term comprises most rural areas and small towns which lie between (and are within easy reach of) Sheffield, Huddersfield, Manchester, Stockport, Buxton, Congleton, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby, and Chesterfield. Really recommend Manchester not just for the fact that I got to see Manchester United play but also for the superb nightlife. There's a great music scene here and I highly enoy myself every time I come to visit. Also, I find it useful to stay close to Old Trafford, which has good nightlife in the vicinity and is of course close to the ground. A great city.

Flying from London to Manchester soon. Am going to entertain a client at a hotel by Manchester Airport - I obviously want to impress them, so would be grateful to know which one was best?

Hi, I'm coming over to the Midlands for a few days in October and was hoping to take in a Man Utd game while I'm in the UK. Can anyone recommend a decently priced hotel near Old Trafford at all?

Thanks
