What is Molokini

south of Ma‘alaea Bay, Maui, Hawaii and part of Maui County. It is a popular destination for scuba diving, snuba and snorkeling with many tourist boats coming each day from the south coast of Maui. While it is a popular tourist destination due to its offshore, exotic location, many watersport enthusiast guides note that overcrowding has made the experience less attractive (...)

About Molokini elsewhere

"No one should leave Maui without ducking underwater to meet a sea turtle, moray eel, or Humuhumunukunukuapuaa -- the state fish."
fodors.com

"Paddlers are fairly certain to see green sea turtles and, between November and April, the antics of 45-foot humpback whales, who breach and slap the water with their tails (bring binoculars -you're not allowed closer than a hundred yards)."
lonelyplanet.com

"It's common on any dive to see huge sea turtles, eagle rays, and small reef sharks, not to mention many varieties of angelfish, parrotfish, eels, and octopi."
fodors.com

"You can see the great variety of tropical marine life (more than 100 endemic species found nowhere else on the planet), explore sea caves, and swim with sea turtles and monk seals in the clear tropical waters off the island."
frommers.com

"Hawaii is an especially good spot for snorkeling fans, offering an embarassment of good spots where you can literally walk into the water off the beach and see all kinds of neon-hued fish, giant sea turtles and all sorts of weird-looking coral formations."

Very cool snorkeling out here. Take a boat trip and bring the kids. They have inflatable mattresses with see-thru bottoms so the kids can check out the fish safely. The company we went with had a BBQ lunch on board with plenty of beer for the adults!

I used to date a girl who lived here, and I was so very fortunate to visit her in that time. It was my first time I've ever been to Hawaii and I hope it will not be my last. Even though I didn't get to do many "touristy" things, I'd go back in a heart beat just to see the sunsets and eat fresh Mahi-Mahi.

This place is paradise. The hotel is reasonably small so the service is impeccable. Rooms are incredibly large and were completely renovated in 2006. Lots of activities for both kids and adults--surfing at Kihei, scuba diving with giant turtles, kayaking, whale-watching, sailing, and even racing an outrigger canoe. Plus, a lot of the staff are native Hawaiians so there is an air of authenticity to everything.

Kihei is a great place to learn how to surf. Waves are perfectly formed, slow-moving, and last forever. You feel like a pro even if you are a novice. People are friendly, too.

The island of Maui is one of the islands of Hawaii, a state of the United States of America. You can do Snorkeling and Scuba Diving, Mountain biking, Hiking and Helicopter Rides. By knowing about such a beautiful place I went there and enjoyed my life’s beautiful moments. There I stayed in a hotel, I searched this hotels from google as cheap maui hotels.my family also enjoyed a lot there. We did a lot shopping there and returned back with sweet memories.
