What is Llafranc

A lovely small town just a couple of hours away from Barcelona not yet ruined by tourists. Mostly Spanish, not cheap, but all the services are there. Be sure to dine at the Hotel Llafranc at the beach boulevard!

Great place for just schmoozing. Not really a party town, but great for enjoying good food, clean beach and the overall relaxed atmosphere.

A small town off the coast, nothing really to see. Take a look at one of the small towns like Llafranc or Caleilla couple of kilometers away on the coast, that's where the paradise is. The best thing about Palafrugell for me was the Carrefour supermarket.

A nice little town, not really a tourist attraction. Some golf courses nearby, if you enjoy golfing.

Any tips on what to see in Begur or in general in the area? We'll be there 2 weeks in early June. Have a car, have kids with us.
