My advice: view this island town from a distance - it´s BEAUTIFUL! Don´t go too close, it will break the spell! Unless, of course, your main interest is having a one-star meal at a four-star price, buying postcards at exorbitant prices, and forcing your way through streets so crowded you never get a chance of seeing anything...

An extraordinary place definitely worth the trip. It's a huge cloister village located on an island that gets surrounded during high tide. Great sceneries and lots of interesting stuff to see. It can be a bit touristy but once you climb away from the ground level shops and restaurants it definitely gets better. Do enter the cloister itself even though it costs a bit. The views from the top are great.
