About Havanna

When I visited Fidel was still in power and Russians were still travelling there on vacation with party vouchers. I felt that there was tremendous potential, but the communist system could not drive full benefit from it. I recommend visiting the cigar factories and having a cup of strong coffee in one of the many coffee shops. Havana is a place where you can walk around the corner and dial your watch back fifty years.

Casa de la Musica is a great place for a great night out!! I had so much fun between all the Cubans dancing salsa. You can buy a table and a bottle of rum really cheap. I think mostly there plays a band first afterwards the shake your booty party is getting started. Take care.... if you don't like to dance this isn't the right place
