It is the largest man-made monument ever to have been built and it is disputed that it is the only one visible from space. A must see when in China. Maybe a bit overpraised and certainly overcrowded in some points. BaDaLing is the easiest, most popular, most fake and most commercial spot. Go to Mutianyu, Simatai or some other spot instead to avoid the masses.
