Take a Cape Air flight to BVI form San Juan. Really nice staff with small Cessna planes. We even got one completely for ourselves during New Year holiday season... Not bad! :)

Pirate's Bight restaurant at The Bight in Normal Island is a must. Their BBQ ribs are amazing! And they serve drinks in buckets (instead of glasses) so that you don't need to be at the counter all the time. Also nice moorings, a lot of them.
