What is Annecy

Annecy in the North of the French Alps, is the Venice of Savoie -- a well deserved title. The medieval town centre built around a 14th Century Chateau is dissected by small canals and streams running out of Lac Annecy, which is clean, fresh and a wonderful azure colour. Annecy is also the prefecture of the département of Haute-Savoie.

This huge fountain is the landmark of Geneva. On a nice day people gather around the peer and enjoy the sun. Careful not to go too close as you will get soaking wet instantly.

Nice park with some farm animals for the kids to enjoy. When you exit the park, take the train bridge across where the rivers Rhone and Arve are joining - has some nice views!

isse
isseloves La Clusaz because Adorable, authentic french village. Good, though a bit family oriented, skiing with some nice ungroomed slopes and easy, accessible slope-side off-piste. If only it was a bit higher up still :)
jukkalatvahakuni
jukkalatvahakuniloves Carouge Geneva because If eveGeneva you should not miss Carouge, it is unique, many years ago Portuques emigrants builded it and it has very special feature and influence in Geneva district...
