Korakukan Jigokudani is a nice and welcoming ryokan near Nagano. What makes it even better is that these adorable snow monkeys are only 5 minutes' walk away and it only costs a few euros to get to see them :)

Just next to Korakukan Jigokudani there's the snowmonkeys! So if you're staying in the ryokan, you just have to go and see the monkeys, it costs about 2€.
